Moin,
(I come from Northern-Germany, near Bremen, and maybe as you know in the region we often say “Moin” instead of “hello” or something else. It is possible to say “Moin, moin” but then it seems that you suffer from logorrhea).
I’m Hendrik. I have a Silk (no. 109/111) in my (private) workshop, unfortunately it is not my motorcycle, the owner is a friend of mine. He bought the Silk more than 25 years ago, since that time (or longer) the machine didn't run. Now we both want to get it back on the road and as you can imagine, we could need some help.

Funny thing: almost in the neighborhood there is an other Silk, it is Christophs’ with the no. 25/27. He’s got it also since longer time but it’s not finished. So, lots to do.
Christophs Silk:

I will come back soon to the forum (many thanks that I can participate) with the first issue.
Many thanks in advance, I would appreciate your help and if I can return the favor, I will do so.
