Last Silk found

Hi all
Spoke to confirm with George the last Silk actually sold was number 137 / 139 and was crated up for a 21st birthday present thus why he remembered it.
This has now been found after many years stored in damp shed sadly.

It needs restoration well a bit of work lol may go for auction or for sale via Classic Superbikes in Fleet.

Has all its paperwork even the original sales invoice and hp agreement.

Weirdly it had a set of leading link forks with it specifically made for it by Silk these I have lol.

What a great find.

I know 138 / 140 is in Barber museum but it was not last bike sold and we are not sure of its engine authenticity either including George.

This is last of the few.
