The bike is now running so much better.
Tick's over very slow and sounds lovely.
Carb is still Amal 38mm but back to original jetting. i.e 25 idle, 108 needle jet,
Plugs are a nice colour.
Revs easily with no hesitation.
The bike climbs a very steep hill in third at 25mph.
Open the throttle and accelerate in top gear from 30mph.
Pull away with little throttle, so much more torque.
Engine sounds much quieter.
Exhaust note different.
Ignition back to 38deg.
Well what have I done you ask.

Fitted my mk2 barrel, nothing else, so my new liners which where fitted last year and done next to zero milage are f*%£@*&^d..
WHY, I do not know as yet, I will drop into Clives in August and check the porting with the liner I sent with the barrel to get new liners made and fitted, I will check they are the same.
